Unlink an order and its executions from their trade
POST/api/v1/reconciliation/unlink-order
Removes the trade association from an order and all its child executions in one transaction (#1334) - fills follow their order, so an order can never land half-moved. The executions revert to pending_review. This is the only way to unlink a fill that carries an orderId; POST /unlink rejects those.

Unlinking would push the affected trade's recalculated aggregates above the broker's reported position (#1360). The move is rolled back atomically with the refusal. code: RECONCILIATION_SYNTHETIC_CONFLICT or RECONCILIATION_OVER_EXPOSURE; details carries the accountId, symbol, side, brokerQuantity, utmOpenSum, exceedsBy, and conflictingTradeIds.
