List reconciled trades (paged, sortable, searchable)

/api/v1/reconciliation/reconciled-trades

Returns the reconciled-history list for the Reconcile tab (issue #1105): every trade marked reconciled, scoped to the authenticated user's accounts. Optional accountId narrows to one account (the account pill) and accountType narrows to the active trading mode. search is a case-insensitive substring match on the symbol. Soft-deleted trades and accounts are excluded. The list is paged via limit and offset and sorted by sortBy / sortOrder; every user-facing column maps to a sortBy value, with account sorting on the related account name.
