Link a filled order to a trade
POST/api/v1/reconciliation/repair/:tradeId/link-order
Links a filled, currently-unlinked, same-symbol entry-side order (and its executions) to the trade, then rebuilds the trade aggregates from the now-linked executions (anomaly A2). The order must belong to the caller and be on the trade's entry side (buy for a long trade, sell for a short trade).
