Preview a data-changing reconcile action (before/after)

/api/v1/reconciliation/preview

Computes the affected trade's before and after for one of the data-changing reconcile actions (match, create, add-fill, refetch, undo) without writing anything. Backs the shared before/after confirm dialog so the previewed "after" is exactly what a confirm will write. The aggregate maths is the same pure function the write path uses. Dismissals (Mark as expected, Leave unlinked) change no data and do not use this route.
