Look up the broker fill(s) UTM is missing for a trade

GET 
/api/v1/reconciliation/missing-fill/:tradeId

Repulls the trade's fills from the broker and returns the ones UTM is missing, without writing anything. Backs the aggregate-drift detail: it gates the "Re-fetch the missing fill from the broker" action and pre-fills the manual add-fill form from the broker's known values when a fill is found. supported is false for brokers with no native executions endpoint (e.g. TradeStation, which synthesises executions from orders), in which case the caller adds the fill manually.
