Re-fetch and restore the missing fill(s) from the broker

/api/v1/reconciliation/refetch-fill/:tradeId

Repulls the trade's fills from the broker, restores the ones UTM is missing as real broker fills linked to the trade, and recomputes the trade through the same shared aggregate maths every reconcile action uses. The restored row is a genuine broker fill, so the trade auto-reconciles and lands on the Reconciled tab with the usual Undo. Idempotent on the (account, broker execution id) key. Returns 409 when the broker cannot re-fetch (no native executions endpoint) or has no missing fill to restore (outside the broker's history window); both steer the caller to manual entry.
