Restore a set-aside residue item to the queue
POST/api/v1/reconciliation/set-aside/restore
Brings one lifecycle-residue trade back to the needs-attention queue
by clearing its auto-hide (#1106). Changes no position quantity and
deletes nothing - it only un-hides the row so it appears in the queue
again. Idempotent: restoring an already-restored trade is a no-op.
Writes one AuditLog row with
action: reconciliation.restore_set_aside_residue,
entityType: Trade, entityId: <tradeId>, and metadata { kind }.
