Delete a synthetic execution

/api/v1/reconciliation/synthetic/:executionId

Soft-deletes a user-created manual execution. Only manual synthetics can be deleted this way. Broker-filled executions and system-generated position_import synthetics (the import flow and the TradeStation execution bridge) are rejected with a 400 error, the latter because they are regenerated from broker data on the next sync. The parent trade's aggregates are recalculated after deletion.
