Permanently ignore an execution
POST/api/v1/reconciliation/executions/:executionId/ignore
Sets an execution's link state to "ignored" so it is permanently excluded from reconciliation. Typically used for executions that pre-date the UTM start date and should not be imported. Access is verified through the execution's account and broker ownership chain. Writes an AuditLog row (action "Ignored execution", entityType "Execution") recording the previous link state, so an ignored fill is always attributable to this explicit operator action. Rejects with 400 (EXECUTION_HAS_ORDER) when the execution carries an orderId (#1334) - fills follow their order, so an order-backed fill has no independent link state and there is no order-level ignore; resolve it by linking or unlinking the order instead.

Invalid execution ID format, or code: EXECUTION_HAS_ORDER when the execution carries an orderId (#1334). details.orderId names the order.
