List historical remnants across all accounts

/api/v1/reconciliation/remnants

Returns the historical remnants (#1197) across all of the authenticated user's reconcilable accounts: groups of unlinked (pending-review) fills on a symbol that already agrees with the broker, so the fills can no longer be part of the current position and are therefore historical. Each account group carries its utmStartDate so the reconcile banner can render the per-account cutoff. Each remnant carries a kind (closed_round_trip), realisedPnl (sell proceeds minus buy cost), the grouped fills, the latest executedAt, and a preStartDate flag. Accounts whose live broker call fails are skipped rather than failing the whole list.
