Re-evaluate reconciliation status for all trades
POST/api/v1/reconciliation/reevaluate-reconciliation/:accountId
Checks all unreconciled trades in the account against auto-reconcile eligibility rules and auto-reconciles those that qualify. Returns counts of evaluated, auto-reconciled, and skipped trades.
