Restore a previously ignored execution

DELETE 
/api/v1/reconciliation/executions/:executionId/ignore

Removes the ignored state from an execution. If the execution is linked to a trade, restores linkState to linked; otherwise restores to pending_review for further user action. Writes an AuditLog row (action "Restored ignored execution", entityType "Execution").
