Re-open a failed or expired trade
POST/api/v1/reconciliation/repair/:tradeId/reopen
Re-opens a failed or expired trade that has linked entry executions (anomaly A4) and rebuilds its aggregates so the position is tracked again. Rejected when the trade is not failed/expired or has no linked entry executions.
