List a back-test summary for every profile the user owns

GET 
/api/v1/performance/profiles

One row per performance profile the caller owns, in a single query, so the Reports tab and the Back-test hub can render their per-object state without firing one report or config fetch per object. Each row carries the object key (objectType plus objectId), the profile status, a hasBacktest flag (true only when the status is ready, i.e. a usable back-test exists), and the per-kind back-test slot metadata (filename and uploadedAt) under backtests. Objects with no profile are absent; the client treats an absent object as "no back-test".
