Get per-strategy performance summary

GET 
/api/v1/performance/strategy-summary

Per-strategy rows plus a TOTAL row, sorted by profit descending. The TOTAL row pools all closed trades and reports the overall portfolio metrics, NOT the average of per-strategy rows.
