Record a manual capital flow (deposit or withdrawal)

Record a deposit or withdrawal that no broker activity feed reported and no balance discrepancy surfaced, for example a capital flow that happened before the account was linked to UTM, or on a broker with no activities feed (TradeStation). Writes an AccountActivity row with source = user_confirmed and a signed netAmount (deposits credit, withdrawals debit), so the flow counts toward net contributions and time-weighted performance exactly like a broker-reported row.
